Returns Policy
Returning an item requires a completed returns for. Email returns@bathroomaccessories4u.co.uk, with your customer number and request a returns number. This means that we will expect the return. On the form, make sure that your customer number is clearly stated. This will ensure the quickest processing from our team.
Returning Faulty Goods
In the first instance, contact services@bathroomaccessories4u.co.uk to arrange for the goods to be collected. We will refund all costs, including delivery charges, upon a full test investigation. Should the item prove not to be faulty, then only the product value will be refunded.
Checking Goods For Damage
All products supplied by Bathroom Accessories 4u come with a 12-month retailer’s guarantee. External warranties from manufacturers that fall outside of this time period cannot be endorsed or carried by Bathroom Accessories 4u, and do not constitute a contractual bond.
We will provide the details of any after sales care provided by the manufacturers of products purchased from us. Please do inform us of any dissatisfaction with such services, and we will endeavour to resolve the issues on your behalf.
We will provide a full refund or repair faulty good with notification within 12 months of delivery. Please contact our customer services to notify us of any issues.
For large pallet deliveries, the actual costs will be considerably higher than those you were originally charged for delivery. Examples of Actual Delivery Costs If the product has been installed and used for an extended period of time and no fault is found, you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
Changing Your Mind on a Purchase
Bathroom Accessories 4u can accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. Some products carry a longer 30 to 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Please inform us as soon as possible if you would like to return an item
Please take the responsibility to securely pack items. Make sure that the actual packaging is in resalable condition, otherwise we may not be able to refund. They should be sent to:

For large pallet deliveries, we recommend carrier insurance, because if the goods do not arrive in resaleable condition, we may not be able to provide a refund.
